PakTutorr ("the App", "we", "us") is provided by Waqas Ahmad (PakSoft). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your options for managing and deleting it.

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address, used to create and operate your account.
• Profile and marketplace data you enter (tutor or student details), stored on our servers.
• Diagnostic and log data collected via Firebase Crashlytics, including IP address, device model, OS version, app configuration, and timestamps.
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Advertising identifiers collected via Google AdMob.

We use the information above to operate the marketplace and maintain your account, diagnose and fix crashes, serve ads, and improve the App.

The App relies on the following third-party services, each operating under its own privacy policy: Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics.

We share information only with the third-party providers listed above, and only as needed to operate the App. We do not sell your personal information.

PakTutorr is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time. See the Data Deletion page for both in-app and assisted deletion instructions.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
